Shipping Policy

Order processing

  • In-stock items ship within 24 hours (one business day) of receipt of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship, rates, and timing

  • We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Shipping cost and delivery speed depend on the shipping service you choose at checkout.
  • Transit time is determined by the carrier service you select and begins once your order ships. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Schools, purchase orders, and bulk orders

  • Schools and institutions can review tax-exempt purchasing and request a quote at kidsmakethingsbetter.com. Purchase-order and large bulk orders may ship on a different timeline — contact sales@kidsmakethingsbetter.com to coordinate.

Tracking and delivery issues

  • A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
  • If a package is lost, delayed, or never arrives, contact sales@kidsmakethingsbetter.com and we'll help track it down.

Address accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address, email address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete physical address, email address or phone number and a reshipment may incur additional shipping cost.   We cannot reliably ship to PO Boxes.
